You got this

None of us have ever been through a time quite like this. 
 

Some parents are still having to work the front-lines: in hospitals, emergency services, in local and state government, coordinating transportation, or stocking the shelves so we can eat. Thank you for sacrificing to take care of the rest of us.  
 

Others are working from home for the first-time, trying to juggle work responsibilities with family responsibilities. And for some, life hasn’t changed much at all other than not getting to go on playdates or to storytime at the library. 
 

Whatever your new normal looks like, just remember that you got this. 
 

We’re all pretty much winging it, and that’s okay. The kids may get all their school assignments done or they may actually read a book or *gasp* play outside with their siblings! 

And remember, you don’t have to do it all right now. If you’re still having to go 90mph, take advantage of freezer meals and nothing melts stress away quite like a bubble bath. If you’re stuck at home then call it a PJ Day and build forts in the living room. Or if projects make you happy, the garage always needs to be organized. 

Eventually, all of this will pass and life will go on. Make good memories, try not to stress too much, and remember that you are stronger than you think. I saw a quote that sums it up perfectly: “This is anything but easy, but you are anything but weak.”
