When mom first reached out to me about planning a newborn session for her triplet babies, I’m pretty sure that I did a fangirl squeal. EEEEEEEEE!!!!!

Because I have twin brothers, there’s a very special place in my heart for multiples, and I’ve photographed numerous twins over the years as well as a very special set of triplet toddlers multiple times (see what I did there?).

But these three were my youngest triplets to date, and already have such a story to share. Born at just 25 weeks and weighing less than 2lbs each, the triplets officially graduated from the NICU and finally got to come home with mommy and daddy. Because the babies still needed some extra care, we did the session in their beautiful home and lucked out with a bright day that filled the whole room with such lovely light. It was like the sun itself was smiling on these three precious littles.

Hands full, hearts full, and happiness filled to the brim.

The light was just gorgeous! I like that you didn’t make it feel “medical” but just focused on the love they have for their babies.
